Reliable Australasia Pty Ltd has officially commenced operations, bringing high-performance mass spectrometry platforms to laboratories across Australia and New Zealand, backed by a team that is based here, not overseas.

Local from day one

Too many laboratories in our region know the pattern: buy an instrument from a remote distributor, then wait weeks for support when something goes wrong. We built Reliable Australasia to break that pattern.

  • We install what we sell. Every platform is commissioned on site by our own engineers.
  • We train the people who use it. Operator training is part of every installation, not an optional extra.
  • We stay available. Local service and applications support, on Australian and New Zealand time zones.

Our demonstration office in Lane Cove, Sydney is open for laboratories that want to see the instruments running before they commit.

The platform range

We supply three core platforms, tailored for environmental, food, mining, research and forensic laboratories:

  • EXPLORER 2000: portable GC-MS for field and laboratory analysis
  • INSIGHT SQ 6000: ICP-MS for trace elemental analysis
  • INSIGHT TQ 9000: LC-MS/MS for high-sensitivity quantitation

Each is manufactured by our parent company, Reliable (Hangzhou) Medical Technology Co Ltd, whose large-scale production and strict quality management let us deliver competitive pricing without compromising performance.
