Gripper force and gripping range are adjustable, so minor variation in tube dimensions can generally be accommodated.

- Can we see the ET70 before we buy?
- Yes. We run demonstrations at our Lane Cove laboratory in Sydney. Tell us your sample type, tube format and throughput and we will set up a session with our applications team.
- Does the ET70 need to be connected to an analyser?
- No. The ET70 is a standalone system. It prepares samples ready for analysis and does not need to be physically connected to an instrument, so it fits alongside whatever you already run.
- Who installs and supports the ET70 in Australia and New Zealand?
- Reliable Australasia. Installation, commissioning, initial operator training and after sales support are all delivered by our Australia and New Zealand based team.
- How accurate is the pipetting?
- Accuracy is plus or minus 2.0 per cent at 50 and 100 microlitres and plus or minus 1.5 per cent at 150 microlitres. Precision is 3.0 per cent CV or better at 50 microlitres, improving to 1.0 per cent CV or better at 150 microlitres.
- What does the introduction pricing include?
- Australia and New Zealand market introduction pricing is available on application and includes standalone software adaptation, installation, initial operator training and workflow setup support.
